We begin in the mind — because that is where the patterns live. The stories. The beliefs. The subconscious programs running silently beneath every thought, every decision, every relationship.
In these first four sessions we go beneath the surface — into the subconscious space where true rewiring happens. We identify what was planted, what was inherited, and what was never yours to carry.
By the end of this pillar you will understand your mind at a level most people never reach — and you will have begun to dissolve the patterns that have kept you stuck.

The Body
Where healing lives
The body holds what the mind cannot process. Every experience you could not fully feel, every grief you had to keep moving through, every fear that had nowhere to go — it lives in your body. Waiting.
These four sessions are somatic. We connect to the body as a sacred source of intelligence — working with what it holds, what it is ready to release, and what it is trying to tell you.
True healing does not happen in the mind alone. It happens when the body is finally given permission to let go — and in this pillar, we create that space completely.

The Soul
Where you remember
With the mind rewired and the body released, we arrive at the soul. This is where we tap into the divine — your connection to God, to source, to the deepest truth of who you are and why you are here.
These final four sessions are about remembrance. Finding your true path. Stepping fully into your sacred purpose. Falling deeper into alignment as a soul living a human experience.
This is where everything integrates. Where the shift becomes permanent. Where you step into the version of yourself that was always waiting — whole, divine, and fully alive.
